We are working with a Social Housing provider, who are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager As the Compliance Manager you will be managing a team of 6 compliance surveyors and assistants, covering gas, asbestos, fire, electrical, water hygiene (legionella), and Building Safety You will lead the day-to-day management of the appointed contractors, ensuring services, repairs and improvement works are completed on time, delivering value for money and a quality service to customers.
