You ll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders accurately, and working closely with our production team to ensure every order is fulfilled and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone and email. Process customer orders quickly and accurately, ensuring all details are correct. Resolve issues and complaints with empathy, efficiency, and practical solutions. Coordinate courier collections and resolve delivery queries swiftly. Maintain accurate customer records and assist with KPI and performance reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
