Technical Coordinator Location: Sittingbourne, UK Salary: £15 - £16p/h Temporary for 1 month Our client is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support their technical team and uphold exceptional food safety standards. You ll report to the Technical Manager and play a key role in maintaining supplier approval systems, supporting audits, managing documentation, and collaborating across departments, including NPD and Purchasing. Responsibilities include: Maintaining supplier and raw material approval systems Assisting with supplier audits and documentation Supporting internal audits (BRC, GMP, CCP, Hygiene) Reviewing product specifications and quality standards Monitoring supply chain risks and horizon scanning Managing traceability schedules and customer documentation Supporting audits and customer visits Collaborating with cross-functional teams Candidate requirements: 3+ years in food manufacturing or produce processing Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, food safety, and food legislation Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word/Excel) Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience with technical specifications and audit support Apply now! ..... full job details .....
