We are working with an established practice in Leicester who have an expansion plan and need to bring in a Chartered structural engineer to assist with successful project delivery. They are open to considering candidates at principal or associate level, but you must be Chartered and have experience of leading a team to successful project delivery, providing budgeting and profit making.Responsibilities

Be a hands-on structural engineer, working closely with the leadership of the practice to provide a professional engineering service.The successful engineer will be a dynamic individual who is driven to succeed within their career. You will be charged with helping provide vision and leadership so that it is readily differentiated from its competitors, is a model of excellence and achieves or betters its business plan.Lead projects to successful delivery with budgeting and profit-making responsibilities.Workload includes a broad spectrum of projects, across all sectors using all traditional materials.As the company is continuing to expand, this would be an ideal time to join if you would like a role which will offer you the opportunity to become involved and make a contribution towards this growth by, ultimately, taking on a business development role as well as providing a strong technical and managerial expertise.Qualifications
