We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join a welcoming nursery in Pinner. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Early Years professional looking to take responsibility for a room and lead a team whilst maintaining high standards of care, learning and development.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of up to -31,000 and would suit a Level 3 qualified Early Years professional with the confidence and experience to lead and manage a nursery room effectively.

You will be:

• Taking responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of the nursery room

• Leading, supporting and motivating the room team

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

• Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children

• Supporting children''s individual learning, development and wellbeing

• Acting as a key person and building positive relationships with children and their families

• Completing observations and assessments to monitor and support children''s progress

• Supporting colleagues with their practice and promoting effective teamwork

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and professional practice

• Working closely with the management team to support the smooth running and continued development of the nursery

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have strong previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. You will have the confidence to lead and manage a room, support colleagues and maintain high standards of practice. A strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development is essential, alongside excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
