Group Head of IT

, you will lead our IT function nationally, overseeing Systems, Technical Services (FM), and Data Insights to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions that support our growth strategy.This senior strategic role requires a strong background in Facilities Management (FM) across both hard and soft services. You will shape and deliver the next five years of IT infrastructure and digital capabilities, driving innovation in systems, automation, AI strategy, and cybersecurity.Youll also represent IT in client meetings and sales presentations, articulating the value of our CAFM system (Maximo) with clarity and confidence.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company''s growth plans.Lead Systems and Technical Services (FM) while collaborating with Data Insights to deliver integrated solutions.Design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.Champion cybersecurity and ISO27001 compliance in partnership with the compliance team.Develop and execute the AI strategy to enhance efficiency and innovation.Manage budgets, suppliers, and resources to maximize value and performance.Establish IT governance frameworks, ensuring best practices and risk mitigation.Support client engagement by showcasing Atlas FMs Maximo CAFM capabilities and digital solutions.Monitor emerging technologies to ensure future-proof IT delivery.About You

You are a visionary IT leader with a proven track record of delivering strategies that enhance business performance and service quality. Your experience in Facilities Managementcovering both hard and soft servicesgives you a unique advantage in aligning IT with operational delivery.We are looking for:A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).Senior leadership experience in IT, ideally within the FM sector.Strong understanding of CAFM systems (Maximo experience preferred).Expertise in cybersecurity, governance, and compliance (including ISO27001).A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to leading high-performing teams.Experience in vendor and budget management.Confident presentation skills for client engagement and business development.A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.If you''re ready to shape the future of IT at a fast-growing organization where technology drives transformation, we''d love to hear from you.About The Company
