We are seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager to join a reputable main contractor based in Northamptonshire, renowned for its diverse project portfolio in residential, education, commercial, and retail sectors. This role is pivotal in expanding the team due to increased workload and turnover. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing multiple projects, each valued up to andpound;10 million, and demonstrate proficiency in design management and a solid understanding of Design andamp; Build (Dandamp;B) projects. You will play a crucial role in pre-construction activities, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining project budgets and targets, while fostering strong industry relationships within frameworks across the East Midlands.
