The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority Fee Earner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority claims, providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the claims process from inception through to settlement. Key Duties and Responsibilities Managing a caseload of CICA claims from initial instruction to settlementProviding clear and professional advice to clients throughout the claims processPreparing and submitting CICA applications and supporting evidenceLiaising with the CICA, medical experts, and other relevant third partiesReviewing decisions and submitting reviews and appeals where necessaryEnsuring compliance with CICA scheme rules and deadlinesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records Skills and Attributes Excellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level ..... full job details .....
