Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Manager to join their Property and Asset Management team based in Chester.Your new roleAs Facilities Manager, you will support the delivery of facilities management services across a varied commercial property portfolio throughout the North West and North Wales. You will work closely with occupiers, contractors and clients to ensure properties are managed effectively, compliant with legislation and maintained to a high standard.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities professional looking to develop their career within a highly respected property consultancy and asset management environment.The role is initial on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
