Keeler Recruitment have been engaged by a dynamic, growing multi-site business to assist them in recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the business owner and working closely with senior leadership and operational teams. You will act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insight, challenging performance, and ensuring the business maintains strong control and agility in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to interpret financial results, highlight trends, and support performance improvementAnalyse management accounts and extract key insights to support decision-making across multiple sitesLead on planning, reforecasting, and scenario modelling with clear cash flow analysisTake ownership of short- and medium-term cash flow forecastingDevelop profitability models and provide analysis across different business streamsReview pricing strategies and advise on margin improvementMonitor key cost lines and work with teams to identify efficienciesPrepare financial models and business cases for investment and growth opportunitiesWhat We''re Looking ForQualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)Strong background in commercial finance, management accounting, or business partneringExcellent Excel and financial modelling skillsClear communicator, able to influence and support non-finance colleaguesSelf-motivated, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentMulti-site, retail, hospitality, or operational business experience desirable (but not essential)What''s on OfferPart-time role (3 days per week) with flexibilityA high-impact, commercially focused finance position with direct exposure to senior leadershipSupportive team culture and flexible working optionsThe opportunity to shape financial strategy and directly influence business performance
