MK Search are currently working with a well respected Project Management Consultancy who are looking to appoint an MEP Project Manager to support the delivery of a 25MW data centre development in West London. Working as part of the client-side PMC team, you will take a hands-on role in the delivery of the MEP package, working closely and collaboratively with the on-site contractors, consultants and wider project team to drive the project through the construction, completion and commissioning phases. This is a delivery-focused position and would suit an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in complex MEP projects and experience taking projects through commissioning and handover. The Role Act as part of the client-side PMC team overseeing MEP delivery on site. Work closely with the MEP contractors to drive progress and ensure key programme milestones are achieved. Monitor the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages against programme, quality and project requirements. Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress. Take a proactive approach to identifying potential delivery risks, constraints and interface issues. Support the project through testing, commissioning, completion and final handover.
