Our client has been serving the local community for over 40 years and provides a comprehensive range of MOT testing, servicing, repairs and diagnostic work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, experienced team within a professional and well-equipped workshop. The business is happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility for the right individual. As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests to the required DVSA standards, accurately identifying vehicle defects and ensuring customers receive a professional and reliable service. Depending on your experience, there may also be the opportunity to support the wider workshop with servicing, maintenance and repair work. Responsibilities and Requirements of an MOT Tester: Carry out MOT tests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all vehicles meet current DVSA safety and roadworthiness standards. Complete all required MOT documentation and records accurately and in line with current regulations. Identify vehicle defects and clearly communicate any advisory or repair requirements to the wider workshop team.
