Client Executive Banking 600/d Inside IR35 London Hybrid 3 days a week in the office 2 days work from home 6 Months Negotiation Transaction Relationship Management Structured Finance / Trade Finance / Loan Transactions Our client is looking for a Client Executive to join their busy team where you''ll act as a focal point for allocated clients, building and developing relationships with your clients. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Ensure accurate set up and maintenance of transactions including post closure matters.Ensure appropriate client/account management coverage including annual reviews and KYC renewals.Responsible for allocated portfolio of transactions across various structured finance, trade finance and loan asset classes Your Essential Experience: Understanding of transaction documentation, deal execution and / or legal experience essentialWorking knowledge of Structured Finance, Trade Finance and Loan transactions (advantageous)Detailed knowledge of the Issuer Corporate Trust product and structured finance market (advantageous)Strong transaction relationship management / execution and negotiation skillsStrong MO skills, Excel, PPT, WordStrong negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills Location: London Hybrid: 3 days a week in their office / 2 days WFH (You will need to be in the office 5 days per week at the start of your contract whilst inducting)Rate: 600/d Inside IR35Contract: 6 Months If this is a match to your experience, submit ..... full job details .....
