The FLTs we use at CHEP are 4.5-ton triple-fork vehicles. It would be beneficial if you have experience working on double or triple-fork FLTs. It would be advantageous to have an external FLT License (RTITB or ITSSAR). However, we can accept in-house licenses that needs a refresher course for the right candidate.
