Associate Director

to join the MEP Real Estate team, supporting the growing Sports and Leisure sector. The role involves working on

iconic sports and entertainment venues

and masterplans, offering exciting development opportunities.Responsibilities:

Manage and delegate activities of the cost consultant team, including feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, tender evaluation, value engineering, commercial awareness, fee generation, dispute resolution, and post-contract management.Promote a safe and secure environment, championing the company''s culture.Lead by example to ensure team engagement.Drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process.Work on diverse projects, evaluating and solving problems, advising on technical issues.Brief the team on project scope to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.Manage and regulate service delivery to achieve excellence.Qualifications:

A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP space.Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).Degree or HNC level qualification.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in delivering MEP elements of work for clients.Knowledge of and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below).Experience with digital software for cost management services.Commercially astute with good negotiation skills.Additional Information:
