Senior Manager, Optimisation Product Sales

Overview
The Product Sales Manager is accountable for the continued growth of the membership and usage of the Quantile service. They will aid in maintaining and developing key external stakeholder relationships whilst operating closely with the business and product teams to develop our product offering with a focus on our clients’ needs and demands, regulatory compliance, operational resilience and enabling our revenue to grow in alignment with our strategic goals. They will belong to the cross-service product sales team with a focus on portfolio and balance sheet optimisation. The product sales team is part of Post Trade Global Sales and will collaborate with the broader sales team to leverage existing relationships.Key responsibilities
Aids in growing revenue from LSEG’s/LCH most strategically important customers by aiding in managing the overall relationship and selling Quantile productsDevelop go-to market plans for net new (target) members and clients and support the execution of existing client account plansDevelop and maintain internal and external relationships focusing primarily on the UK and Europe, with key decision makers or potential influencers including senior level executivesExecute a long sales cycle where each sale is expected to lead to a long-term account relationshipPartner with Product team to influence and drive product improvement, innovation, and new capabilities to ensure we are competitive and in a suitable position to win businessIntroduce senior LCH/LSEG representatives to strategically important accounts at an appropriate timeCollaborate with cross-department business partners in the deployment of joint strategic initiativesExperience and skills required
A basic understanding of portfolio optimisation, compression and clearingIdeally a track record in client relationship managementKnowledge of optimisation, compression and derivatives-related regulatory and legislative agendasA minimum of 6-7 years of experience at an investment bank or other financial services organizationA self-directed sales professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and disciplineAbility to prospect and build a pipeline, from identifying the right opportunities to gaining access to the right levels of and across an organisation; influencing and building advocacy to create the conditions to close the saleWorks effectively independently but supports a team-oriented approachAn excellent communicator – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonalRelevant tertiary level qualificationDegree or equivalentRole details
