Project Manager - Integration 60,000 - 70,000 + bonus and comprehensive benefitsHybrid / Leicestershire - days a week in the officeFull Time / Permanent Background I am looking for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering large-scale integration, cutover and hyper care activities on complex transformation programmes to join a large and well recognised brand head quartered in the Midlands. This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate required to be on site 2 days per week on average at the Leicestershire office. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a major enterprise transformation programme, leading cross-functional teams through some of the most business-critical stages of delivery. The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of integration planning, cutover readiness and hyper care coordination across a complex technology landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, testing functions, suppliers and programme leadership to ensure activities are aligned, dependencies are managed, risks are mitigated and the organisation is fully prepared for deployment and post-go-live support. Success in this role will come from your ability to bring structure, control and pace to high-profile programme delivery, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness throughout the programme lifecycle.
