Set within a beautifully designed space currently being refitted to the highest standards, this authentic Japanese restaurant, bar, and lounge is poised to become one of the citys most talked-about dining destinations. Showcasing a distinctive Japanese culinary experience, the menu will highlight the finest seasonal ingredients, with an elegant focus on sushi and Japanese robata grill. Guests will enjoy these refined dishes alongside an extensive drinks offering, featuring a diverse selection of wines, crafted cocktails, and premium Japanese sake.The Ideal CandidateWere looking for an Executive Chef whos has the following skills and experience:A minimum of three years experience in Michelin or fine dining restaurants.Must have worked in premium Japanese cuisine for five years as Exec Chef or Head ChefExperience in leading and training a team in a premium.Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail.Proven ability to manage food and labour costs effectively.Knowledge of menu costing, GPs and budgets.A passion for Japanese cuisine.Experience in Japanese menu design and creativity.Have had full menu autonomy previously.Ideally a Michelin background.Excellent understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.Strong communication skills and a polished approach.Can do attitude and a strong leadReliable and able to work late evenings and weekendsThink youd be a great fit?
