Junior HVAC and AC Engineer (Multi-Skilled Potential) Location: Field-Based, Covering Nationwide England and South Wales Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum (Basic) - Significant earning potential with door-to-door hourly pay. The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HVAC and AC Engineer to join our expanding service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with little to some existing air conditioning experience and a willingness to develop their skills across a broad range of HVAC services. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, working both independently on routine maintenance and reactive calls, and alongside senior engineers on more complex installations and quoted works. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of HVAC and air conditioning systems. Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance calls, diagnosing faults and undertaking repairs. Assist senior engineers with the installation of new HVAC and air conditioning equipment. Undertake quoted works, with appropriate guidance and support. Develop your knowledge and skills across various HVAC disciplines, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Maintain accurate records of work undertaken, including job sheets and service reports. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
