Known for their strong client relationships and specialist expertise they are looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and professional team. About the Role We are looking for someone with a broad range of experience in residential conveyancing who can handle matters independently from start to finish. You will be joining a supportive environment where your input is valued, and your development encouraged. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfers of equity New builds, lease extensions, shared ownership, and Help to Buy Registered and unregistered land Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals Collaborating with our Private Client department where necessary Maintaining strong client and referrer relationships What We are Looking For 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing Strong working knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law Ability to manage files autonomously and confidently Excellent communication and client care skills Motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Friendly, approachable and a team player Willingness to get involved in business development and networking Comfortable using case management systems (LEAP experience is a plus) Competitive salary: ..... full job details .....
