Your responsibilities as the DV Cleared SQL DBA: Administer, monitor, and maintain SQL Server environments within highly secure, DV-cleared settings.Optimise database performance, including query tuning, indexing, and resource management.Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies (eg, Always On, clustering, backups).Support database security, access controls, and compliance with strict governance standards.Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to support deployments and upgrades.Implement best practices for database maintenance, patching, and capacity planning.
