The head teacher and governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is committed and passionate about primary education, in order to provide high quality support in our friendly and inclusive mainstream school.

The successful candidate should:Be able to work in a nurturing way, to support all children''s needs.Be sensitive, empathetic and have an understanding of the diverse community we work in.Be an effective team member.Have highly effective literacy and numeracy skills.Have experience of motivating and engaging primary age children.Understand the skills needed to support pupils with additional learning needs.Be willing to undertake training as and when necessary to further develop their skills.
