Helpdesk Administrator needed!

Hourly Rate: -15.50ph

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Contract Duration: Until September 2026

Location: Ealing, W5

Must have DBS

This role will mainly be answering Switchboard calls and performing basic administration duties.
Switchboard is manned 9am - 5pm and it is a high volume of calls which come in.
Candidate needs to have an excellent phone manner, polite and confident when answering calls.
High volume call centre experience desirable.
