We''re recruiting Care Support Workers to join our friendly team in Halstead, supporting adults with disabilities to live independent, fulfilling lives. Our service has a warm, homely feel, with shared indoor and outdoor spaces, and a supportive team environment where no two days are the same.

What You''ll Do

• Support people with daily living activities and personal care where required
• Encourage independence and help individuals achieve their goals
• Accompany people to appointments, activities, and community events
• Support hobbies, friendships, and social opportunities
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home
• Work as part of a friendly team delivering person-centred support

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK

Experience Not Essential

No previous care experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. We welcome applicants from care, retail, hospitality, customer service, education, volunteering, or anyone looking for a meaningful career change.

Working Pattern

This is a 24-hour service operating on a shared rota:

• Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7
• Days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and waking night shifts
