LondonAs Demand Planner for this successful business, you will play a pivotal role in managing forecasting and demand planning activities for their accounts. You’ll work closely with their Product team to map new season product launches, and with their Sales team with regards to current sales, feeding back sell-outs, highlighting the seasonal best and worst performers, and ensuring that all sales opportunities are maximised.You’ll have a strong analytical ability, be familiar working with large data sets and a high number of SKU’s, and have the ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for someone with excellent demand planning experience who thrives in a fast-paced role, has a commercial mindset, and is team and results focused.Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to build forecast plans for Wholesale and Digital channelsCreate timely and accurate demand plans for all product classifications on a seasonal/monthly basisPlan new product launches with demand forecasts and detailed analysis to anticipate customers promotions, market trends and seasonal variationsWork with the Sales, Product and Operations teams to track and support improvements in forecast accuracy on a monthly/seasonal basisWork with the Ecommerce team to ensure digital accounts are fully supported with optimal stock levelsSuccessfully run planning tools with sales, stock and intake information, and ability to identify errors and anomaliesManage SKU’s actual and target inventories of key lines, working closely with the Operations team to minimise weeks cover and maximise stock turnPrepare information for seasonal/monthly/weekly forecast meetings to review forecast accuracy, current ROS vs Wks Cover, seasonal fulfilment and in-season % sell-outCollaborate with Product, Sales and Operations teams to ensure maximisation of buy fulfilment, and analyse MOQs to mitigate risks including potential inventory optimisation from other channelsIdentify opportunities to optimise inventory and meet customer demands across all channelsAd hoc analysis across the planning team to support overall objectivesQualifications

Solid experience of inventory management and forecastingOmni-Channel experience is preferableKnowledge and understanding of USA market an advantageAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel with a strong reporting backgroundExperienced working with ERP Planning tools and data analytics. Knowledge of Oracle Net Suite would be advantageousExcellent multi-tasker who isn’t afraid of a challengeCommercially savvy, being creative but also have an analytical mindsetStrong judgement, drive and influenceHard working, self-motivated and great communicatorGreat communication skills and a calm temperament under pressureDiversity and Inclusion:
