Due to continued growth and an increasing portfolio of projects, they are now looking to strengthen their HSQE team with the addition of an enthusiastic HSQE Administrator. The Role

Reporting directly to the HSQE Manager, you will provide administrative and practical support across all areas of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with company procedures.

The role is primarily based at the company''s head office in Billericay, with regular travel to project sites across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety records and documentation.
• Keep training and certification records up to date.
• Assist with preparing risk assessments and method statements.
• Monitor and report health and safety compliance.
• Schedule site inspections and safety audits.
• Record and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Ensure health and safety policies are current and accessible.
• Order and manage PPE and safety supplies.
• Support site managers with health and safety administration.
• Coordinate health and safety inductions for new employees.
• Liaise with contractors and clients on safety documentation.
• File and organise inspection reports and compliance records.

About You

We''re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to develop within an HSQE environment.

You''ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in an Administrator or-Health & Safety Administrator-or Compliance role within construction.-
• A good understanding of health and safety documentation, including RAMS.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships across project teams.
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred due to regular travel).
• NEBOSH General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely or similar qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
