This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-site leader to take ownership of a portfolio of significant operational sites, driving performance, safety, customer service and financial results while leading a high-performing management team.

The Opportunity

As Regional General Manager, you''ll have responsibility for a group of operational locations, leading site-based management teams to deliver exceptional operational and commercial performance.

You''ll play a key role in shaping regional strategy, improving efficiency, driving engagement and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and customer service.

Key responsibilities:

- Leading and developing multi-site operational teams
- Driving regional performance against financial and operational targets
- Managing budgets and delivering strong commercial outcomes
- Creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensuring operational compliance and industry best practice
- Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and profitability
- Supporting business growth through strong operational leadership

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- A passion for building high-performing teams
- A valid CPC qualification (essential)
