As General Manager, youll oversee our vibrant coffee and events space, driving day-to-day operations with energy, style, and a laser-focus on service and quality. From the morning coffee rush to curated private events, youll be the driving force behind a thriving, customer-focused environment.?? What Youll Be Doing:

Leading and inspiring a passionate front-of-house team

Managing daily operations across the café and events business

Delivering standout customer experiences

Driving sales and hitting targets (with pay increases and bonus incentives!)
