We are seeking a dedicated and professional After Sales Support Executive to join our client''s UK Operations Team on a 12 month FTC, based in their Marlow office. In this customer-focused position, you will provide exceptional support across all our client''s brands, ensuring every customer receives a best-in-class experience.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving and are confident building strong working relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative team.After sales (warranty and technical) experience desirable.Hybrid working after 3 months. Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a first-class customer support service with a focus on achieving first-time resolutionBuild and maintain strong relationships with Service Centre agents, dealers and key stakeholdersTake ownership of all customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate follow-upAuthorise product collections and coordinate repairs under guaranteeIdentify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and drive operational excellenceSupport departmental projects from initial concept through to implementationDevelop product knowledge and commit to ongoing personal developmentTravel occasionally within the UK to carry out inspections and review warranty returnsSkills and Experience RequiredMinimum 1 year''s experience in customer service or sales support, with proven problem-resolution skillsStrong ability to identify issues and deliver ..... full job details .....
