This is a commercially and operationally focused role where you''ll work closely with senior operational and business leaders, providing financial insight, constructive challenge and analysis to improve performance, drive profitability and support strategic decision-making.Working as a trusted finance partner to the operational leadership team, you''ll have responsibility for financial oversight and performance management across a key manufacturing facility and wider operations and service functions.You''ll play a key role in understanding the financial drivers of the business, challenging performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, margins and profitability.
