Key Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building. Conduct property valuations and convert appraisals into instructions. Negotiate offers and manage sales and lettings through to completion. Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional property-related services. Carry out property viewings and match buyers to suitable properties. Keep up to date with local market trends and relevant legislation. Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to team targets. About You Minimum of 2 years'' estate agency experience. Strong valuation, negotiation, and business development skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Good knowledge of the residential property market and sales process. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Experience with estate agency CRM systems is advantageous.
