Construction Project Manager

We have an amazing opportunity to join the Azumi family as a Project Manager , contributing massively to the growth of the collection.The role focuses on working in partnership to plan and execute the design and development of new restaurant projects, coordinating the new openings in the EU and winter locations, working predominantly with the brands Zuma, Roka and Oblix. You will be involved in all aspects of the project (including the liaison with internal operations such as, the culinary teams, ops teams, HR ect) from inception to completion and handover.With five incredible brands in the collection and extensive expansion across the globe, it is an amazing time to join the family.Please note, this role is based 5 days in office with international travel required.Key Duties:Identify and develop the project brief in co-operation with the executive teamDefine overall objectives and project deliverablesIdentify stakeholders and ensure that they are involved and consulted at crucial stagesIdentify and manage project risksPrepare and manage the overall programme and budgetsOversee the quality of work on a construction site, making sure that building plans and specifications are being followed correctlyMonitors the compliance of contract requirements ensuring all conditions are satisfied before approval of the final accountsPrepare a detailed, phased and logistical handoverEnsure transparency and ethic on all mattersManage multiple projects if requiredA few things that will support you in being successful:High-end fit-out and construction backgroundOutstanding technical ability with proven experience in understanding and managing complex high-end fit-out projectsAbility to solve complex problems in challenging situations and under pressureConfident leadership and communication skills and excellent negotiating skillsAptitude to promote collaboration and resolve divergencesAbility and technical understanding to decipher construction drawings and documentsKnowledge of construction contracts and procurement methodsKnowledge pf project management toolsBe comfortable with International Travel as requiredBenefitsAs part of our team, youll enjoy:World-Class training, designed to inspire and educateGlobal opportunities, experience hospitality around the globe with our five incredible brandsRewards and Recognition, we value our team and celebrate your contributions to our success with meaningful rewards and recognitionStaff discount, enjoy exclusive discounts across the Azumi group, worldwide!Access to health-assured and employee assistance programmesCycle to work scheme and season ticket loansAzumi Limited is an award-winning global restaurant business with dynamic brands offering contemporary dining in key cosmopolitan locations.
