This is a key leadership role on a major UK energy transition development, working to international oil and gas producer standards. Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will lead a team of four HSE Officers and act as the focal point for all site HSE activities.The Role: Lead and manage site HSE activities and a team of 4 HSE OfficersImplement and maintain HSE management systems in line with Company, IOGP, ISO and UK legislative requirementsOversee risk management processes (HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessments)Lead incident investigations, audits and emergency response planningInterface with clients, subcontractors and authorities The Person: Proven experience as an HSE Lead/Manager on major EPC or oil and gas projectsStrong knowledge of UK legislation and international oil and gas standardsNEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certificationDemonstrable leadership and site-based project experience Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
