The Role Reporting into the Finance Manager and Operations leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of finance and administrative processes. This is a varied role offering exposure across finance, operations, and people processes, with strong opportunities for development as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Finance Support Process supplier invoices and staff expenses Collate and process weekly timesheets Obtain purchase orders from clients and internal payment approvals Support project cost administration Maintain accurate project documentation to support timely client billing Provide management with project information and analysis Assist with monthly management accounts preparation Support internal finance systems and tracking processes Administration Support Support employee onboarding processes Assist with clearance administration General office administration (phones, meeting bookings, visitor management) Maintain internal HR and people systems Support recruitment ..... full job details .....
