Chair of Quality, Performance and Compliance Committee

To help us further improve our governance arrangements, we are now seeking to appoint two new Trustees. In addition to sitting on our board, one Trustee will take on the role of Chair for our Quality, Performance, and Compliance Committee, while the other will contribute as a key member of the committee. To be successful you will have a proven track record of strategic leadership within social care with expertise of funding, commissioning, quality and compliance. You will have excellent communication skills, empathy and understanding of the needs and aspirations of the people and communities we support, with an appreciation of the value of lived experience.
