Rotating Shifts 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am. (average 42hrs/week)

Due to sustained growth and major site development, they''re looking for an Electrical Engineer who thrives in a plant environment-someone who enjoys fault finding under pressure, improving system performance, and expanding into a truly multi-skilled engineer.

Working alongside an experienced engineering team, you''ll be hands-on with a wide range of industrial systems across sawmilling, timber treatment, and biomass energy operations. From maintaining and optimising PLC-controlled machinery to driving reliability improvements and reducing downtime, your role will be central to keeping the plant running at peak efficiency.

The Role

• Permanent, full time role working shifts on a large manufacturing site
• Repairing Electromechanical Machinery.
• Carrying out planned maintenance checks, finding and fixing any faults.
• 4 on 4 off Shift, 12 hour shifts

The Person

• Electrical engineering background (any industrial or manufacturing environment)
• Strong hands-on electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience
• Would look at candidates from facilities management, armed forces or field service backgrounds
