About the Role We''re looking for Bank Support Workers to join our specialist Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service in Hildenborough, supporting five men with learning disabilities, autism, communication needs and behaviours of concern. This is a rewarding but highly specialist role, where your experience, approach and values will have a direct impact on the lives of the people we support. For this role it is required to have some mode of transport e.g driving licence with access to a vehicle or motorbike as this service is in a very rural location. You''ll understand that behaviour is a form of communication and will be confident in using proactive, person-centred approaches that promote dignity, independence and positive outcomes.
