Finance Integrations Associate
Our client is an acquisitive PE backed organisation who seek to hire a Finance Integration Associate who will support the delivery of finance integration activities for newly acquired businesses. Reporting to the Finance Integration Lead, this role is responsible for the hands-on execution of defined integration tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with group policies, and alignment with integration plans. This role is primarily execution-focused and provides an opportunity to develop experience across the full acquisition lifecycle within a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.Key Responsibilities: Acquisition and IntegrationExecute defined tasks within finance integration plans for newly acquired businessesSupport delivery of post-acquisition reviews through data gathering and process documentation to support understanding of existing finance processes, systems, and team structuresWork under direction of the Finance Integration Lead to deliver Day 1-100 activitiesSupport the onboarding of acquired finance teams to Group systems and processesAccounting and ReportingPrepare and process accounting entries for acquired businesses from acquisition date until full integrationSupport monthly management accounts preparation and reconciliation for acquisitionsEnsure accurate alignment with Group chart of accounts and accounting policiesAssist with financial reporting, including variance analysis vs acquisition budgetsFinancial Control, Governance and ..... full job details .....
