Territory Sales Manager (Hand Tools and Storage)
The Job
Are you passionate about building relationships and driving profitable sales? We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to develop and expand sales of Dewalt, Stanley, and Irwin hand tools, fastening tools, and storage products within a defined territory—predominantly covering Hertfordshire, with occasional travel to London and East Anglia. This is an on-the-road role, spending 4-5 days a week visiting wholesale, retail, and direct customers, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. If you love connecting with people and can maximise existing relationships to deliver strong, profitable results, join us and help establish Dewalt and Stanley as the market-leading, preferred suppliers in the region.
What You’ll Do
Identify commercial priorities and new business opportunities within the territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with major and potential customers, including wholesalers, indirect, and direct accounts for both brands.Create, implement, and update a weekly work plan to achieve agreed sales targets and work goals.Develop and execute sales plans and targeted promotional campaigns, measuring and reporting on results.Provide Quality Market Information (QMI) and ensure timely delivery.
