They are seeking an experienced Intake and Despatch Manager to join their forward thinking business.THE ROLE:Your job will be to deliver a smooth efficient running operation for all raw materials and dry goods intake, ensuring quality standards are met and adhered to at all times, and to control the timely dispatch of finished goods ensuring integrity of supply chain system.- Management of the supply chain and freezer/dry goods warehouse ensuring timely delivery, dispatch and quality of all goods so as not to compromise production or the customer.- To maintain and develop the standards of health and safety, environmental and welfare of all personnel within the team including visitors, contractors and customers.- Track and have a clear plan to hit all KPIs related directly to the intake/dispatch process. - Liaise regularly with contracted hauliers and cold stores, maintaining stock volumes, rotation and on time in full (OTIF) deliveries.- Manage Vehicle fill utilization to a minimum of 98.5%. - Management of personnel ensuring sufficient availability of trained team members to intake and dispatch at the correct standard, whilst delivering labor efficiency.- Maintain a clean as you go policy in all areas of responsibility ensuring hygiene, housekeeping and quality standards are adhered to at all times.- Communicate clearly with Internal teams and external partners, ensuring handovers are clear and action led.- ..... full job details .....
