Responsibilities Processing all shipments across the World and ensure they arrive on time Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records in the sales database. Support the sales team by preparing quotes and proformas Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to effectively assist customers. Take telephone orders and assist customer queries Process returns and ensure they are completed in a timely manor Any other administration tasks required Skills Must be confident on the phone. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
