Reporting directly to the COO, this is a standalone role with responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, covering HR operations, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and recruitment. What you''ll do: Lead and manage the day-to-day HR function across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations matters and HR best practice. Oversee HR operations, including HR systems, employee records, leave management and HR documentation. Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and DEandI initiatives, helping to foster a positive and inclusive culture. Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training programmes to support individual and business growth.
