This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to take on a key role within a dynamic business that has a strong pipeline of residential projects across the Midlands. The RoleAs Senior Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering planning strategies across multiple sites. You''ll work closely with land, technical, and commercial teams to secure planning permissions and drive projects forward from acquisition through to delivery.
