This role focuses on optimising processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring consistently high-quality output across the production facility.Key Responsibilities• Develop and optimise mechanical assembly processes• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma)• Troubleshoot assembly line issues to reduce downtime• Collaborate with Design, RandD, Quality, and Maintenance teams• Improve product manufacturability and assembly methods• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001)• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation• Identify opportunities for automation and Industry 4.0 technology• Analyse KPIs and production data to drive improvement• Support preventative maintenance planning• Train and support production operatorsThe Person• Educated to degree level in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing ..... full job details .....
