Manpower Recruitment have partnered with an established Restaurant in the heart of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds area in Burford and looking for an experienced Chef De Partie.

The role is a full time, permanent role working up to 48 hrs per week and candidates would need to be flexible with hours as a requirement would be 3-4 split shifts per week.

The expectations are full flexibility, so please be expected to work weekends when required and role is paying £31,000-34000pa (depending on experience)

What You''ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using home-grown and locally sourced ingredients
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
• Contributing to menu ideas with fresh, seasonal produce
• Supporting kitchen organisation, stock control, and waste management

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential (CDP)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for quality food
• Knowledge of or interest in seasonal cooking and home-grown produce
