A fast-growing, privately owned business, with a turnover exceeding £120m is seeking a commercially astute Finance Director to lead its Finance function.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a strategic leadership position with group-wide influence. You’ll be responsible for driving financial performance, managing risk, and supporting business-critical functions including IT and HR. This is a hands-on role with a strong leadership element, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and advising on financial and private wealth matters. Key Responsibilities:

Direct the financial strategy of the group.Partner with Commercial and Operational leaders to ensure project profitability and effective asset utilisation.Maintain and recommend KPIs to support informed decision-making.Review and sign off management accounts.Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and other finance providers.Manage treasury and funding arrangements including asset finance.Company secretarial duties for group entities.Oversee pension accounting and provide financial input to shareholder property ventures.
