Job Title: Invoicing Administrator Location: Abingdon Salary: 28,000 per annum Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team in a combined administration and invoicing support role. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and financial awareness, even if you do not hold formal accounting qualifications.You will play a key part in ensuring our invoicing backlog remains at a manageable level by working towards clear goals and performance targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting invoicing and administrative processesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring high attention to detailWorking towards agreed targets to manage invoicing backlog levelsUsing internal service system Astea and Microsoft 365 toolsCollaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth workflowsRequirementsPrevious administration experienceStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsGood financial acumen (no formal accounting qualifications required)Experience using Microsoft 365 (M365)Comfortable learning and using internal systems such as AsteaWorking Pattern and Hybrid ArrangementInitial Training: First 2 weeks fully office-based in AbingdonAfter Training: Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days remoteOffice Hours:Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00Friday: 09:00 - 16:30Flexibility of 30 minutes on start and finish timesBenefits25 days annual leave plus bank ..... full job details .....
