About the RoleAs a Senior Physiotherapist, you will:Deliver specialist physiotherapy assessments for adults with disabilities.Develop individual, person-centred plans that promote independence using physiotherapy techniques, equipment, and adaptations.Provide expert advice and training to service users, carers, and other health or social care professionals.Work closely with housing teams on major and complex adaptations.Manage a clinical caseload, including individuals with complex needs, within a supportive multidisciplinary team.Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to duty rota requirements.Support the Team Manager in service delivery, supervision of staff, and effective resource management.Commit to ongoing professional development and maintain HCPC registration.This is a role where no two days are the same - you''ll support individuals across the community, helping them overcome ..... full job details .....
