The Financial Crime Manager supports Teneo’s Financial Advisory Business. The Financial Advisory Business operates globally with presence in UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Germany, Bermuda, BVI, Cayman, Mexico, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, UAE and USA. Teneo now has an opportunity for a Financial Crime Manager who will support the day to day running of the firm''s financial crime function across a range of jurisdictions.As a Financial Crime Manager, you will assist the MLRO in developing the financial crime function, including acting as a point of escalation for their reports and managing the financial crime issues tracker.Key Responsibilities

Support the Chief Risk Officer, MLCO and MLRO in the management of the approval and publication of financial crime procedures and maintenance of supporting policiesWork closely with Internal Audit, Testing and Take-on functions to ensure financial crime risks are identified and resolved in a timely mannerLead the development and maintenance of financial crime risk management through tracking, reporting and assessing the impact of global issues regionallyMaintain the financial crime control framework in collaboration with the MLRO and coordinate enhancing actionsPerform financial crime risk assessments with support from the MLRODraft regional MLRO annual and mid-year reportsSupport the first line of defence with investigations of Economic Sanctions, PEP and other high-risk escalationsDraft initial suspicious activity and defence against money laundering reportsBasic Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years experience of Financial Crime and/or AML in a professional services organisationCompetency in the use of ExcelStrong organisational skillsPreferred Qualifications

ICA Diploma level or equivalentExperience of supporting in writing policies and reportsExperience of participating in risk assessment processThe Financial Advisory Team at Teneo
