Now Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated learning mentor for an Alternative Provision in Nuneaton catering for 6-11 year olds. This role has huge potential to go permanent, whilst with the agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a learning mentor in secondary schools. Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and group support to key stage 1-4 students in need of learning mentor Help develop strategies to overcome learning barriers Promote emotional wellbeing and resilience Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in school life Have excellent behaviour management Qualifications: Proven experience working with SEN Experience within a similar setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational trends Benefits Constant support from a dedicated consultant who listens to your needs!
